本イベントにお子さまをお申し込みいただき、誠にありがとうございます。すべての参加者に安全で楽しい体験をご提供するため、以下のポリシーをご確認ください。

Thank you for registering your child(ren) for our event. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants, please read and acknowledge the following policies.

1. 責任 / Liability

参加者の安全と健康に十分配慮いたしますが、主催者・スタッフ・会場は、イベント中に発生した怪我、紛失、または個人所有物の損害について責任を負いかねます。お子さまの最終的な責任は保護者にあります。

While all reasonable measures will be taken to ensure the safety and wellbeing of participants, the organisers, staff, and venue cannot accept responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event. Parents/guardians remain ultimately responsible for their child(ren).

2. 返金 / Refunds

返金のご依頼は、イベント開催日の7日前までに書面でご提出ください。承認された返金については、事務手数料を差し引いて対応いたします。イベント開催1週間以内のキャンセルについては、返金できません。

Refunds may be requested in writing no later than seven (7) days prior to the event date. All approved refunds will be subject to an administrative charge to cover processing costs. Refunds cannot be issued for cancellations made within one week of the event.

3. プログラム変更 / Activities Subject to Change

天候、スタッフの都合、安全上の理由など予期せぬ事情により、イベントのスケジュール、アクティビティ、または会場を変更する場合があります。その場合も、できる限り同等の代替プログラムを提供いたします。

The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, activities, or venue due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, staff availability, or safety concerns). Every effort will be made to deliver a comparable alternative.

4. 写真・動画の使用 / Use of Photos and Media

イベント中に撮影された写真や動画は、当センターのウェブサイト、パンフレット、SNSなどでの広報・教育目的で使用される場合があります。

• 原則として、すべての参加者はこの使用に同意いただいたものとみなします。
• お子さまの写真や動画の使用を希望されない場合は、必ずお申し込み時に書面で主催者へお知らせください。

Photographs and/or videos may be taken during the event for promotional and educational purposes, including use on websites, brochures, and social media.

• By default, all participants are considered to have consented to this use.
• Parents/guardians who do not wish their child(ren) to appear in photos or videos must inform the organisers in writing at the time of registration.

5. 医療・アレルギー情報 / Medical & Allergy Information

お申し込みフォームに、お子さまの医療情報、アレルギー、または特別な配慮事項をご記入ください。スタッフは可能な限り対応いたしますが、完全にアレルゲンのない環境を保証することはできません。

It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to disclose all relevant medical information, allergies, or other considerations on the registration form. Staff will take reasonable steps to accommodate these needs, but the organisers cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

6. 緊急連絡先 / Emergency Contact

イベント中に連絡が可能な緊急連絡先（可能であれば保護者以外）を必ず1名以上ご記入ください。

Parents/guardians must provide at least one emergency contact (other than themselves if possible) who can be reached during the event.
